From our clients customers we collect name and phone number, reason for calling or inquiry details, appointment booking information, and any information voluntarily provided during an AI voice or chat interaction.
From website visitors we collect IP address and browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site, referring website information, and cookie data and analytics information.
